House Painting

Why does it seem that projects get done in huge bursts rather than steady nibbles?

I've still got to get up there and get those dormers.

Dyeing eckies

Zach loves Easter eggs, but it sounds like he's saying eckies instead of eggs. He got to watch them be dyed first hand.

Tender care was taken in coloring and dying the eggs. We were not prepared for the effect of letting him practice on plastic eggs, then doing the search on real eggs. The problem here was that he slammed the eggs into the basket, making them crack when they hit the other eggs. Fortunately, they were hard boiled and worked their way into the kitchen for conversion to deviled eggs after the hunt.
